Alright, time to strategize for Monday's GBPUSD session. I'm thinking of waiting for a clear breakout above R1 at 1.36498 or a drop below S1 at 1.36375 before entering any positions. The RSI is above 60, indicating bullish momentum, but I'll need further confirmation before committing. Keeping a close eye on the opening price and any potential gap.

Update: I'm also considering the possibility of a false breakout, especially with the market consolidating for so long. A whipsaw could easily trap early entries. To mitigate this risk, I'll be looking for strong volume confirmation alongside any price movement. If it breaks R1 with good volume, I'll wait for a retest of that level as support before entering long. Similarly, if it breaks S1, I'll watch for a retest as resistance. Patience is key here, as @dhall441 mentioned. I'll also check the news for any surprise announcements before market open. Planning my trade, and trading my plan!
