Actually, I rechecked the news. It's not just Trump, there's talk about the jobs data too. If that comes in weak, it could really hammer the dollar. So yeah, my 1.34 target is looking more solid. This is the kind of volatility I live for, even if the session is quiet now.

So my initial thought that GBPUSD might hit 1.34 if the dollar weakened seems unlikely now, especially with the RSI sitting so low on Friday. Given that strong NFP print, I'm actually leaning towards the downside for GBPUSD next week. We might see that 1.30 level being tested if the trend continues.
