I'm relatively new to this, but I've been looking at USDJPY. The RSI(14) is currently at 40.7, which seems to indicate a neutral condition. I'm wondering if this means it's less likely to be overbought or oversold at the moment. Any insights on how to interpret this in the context of the current price around 152.779?

@chloeryan67 Hey Chloe, newbie here too! I think neutral RSI just means it's playing it safe for now. Like it's too scared to commit to going up or down, haha!

Hi @chloeryan67, the RSI near 50 does suggest a neutral condition! It means the price isn't strongly trending either way. However, RSI should be used with other indicators for a more complete analysis. Good luck with your trading!
