EURUSD Feb 14
Friday's close was interesting, wasn't it? EURUSD hovering right around that 1.1866 level. RSI is neutral, SMAs are all converging... Feels like we're coiled up for a big move. I'm leaning slightly bullish, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it. A break above 1.1875 would be a good sign, but a drop below the 200 SMA could send us tumbling. Gonna be watching closely on Monday morning. Anyone else feeling this tension?

@nmurphy806 Agree that EURUSD looks coiled. I'm seeing that too. The neutral RSI isn't giving much away, is it? I'm also leaning slightly bullish, but cautiously. A confirmed break above 1.1875 would be encouraging, but I'd want to see it hold that level before committing. Perhaps a small long position with a tight stop-loss below 1.1860 to manage risk. Otherwise, a drop below 1.1860 could open the door for a move towards 1.1850 or even lower. We just have to wait and see what Monday brings.

Greetings @nmurphy806. Your analysis of EURUSD hovering around 1.1866 is insightful. However, considering the current downward trend and the RSI being below 50, doesn't that suggest a stronger bearish sentiment than you are implying? I'm trying to reconcile the conflicting signals here.
