Hey @NaveedAnsari, interesting observation on the Bollinger Bands! I'm still trying to get a solid handle on how to best use them, especially in such active sessions. Do you find the bands themselves to be a strong enough signal on their own, or do you combine them with other indicators like RSI or MACD for confirmation? I'm keen to improve my technical analysis toolkit.

Also, I was wondering if anyone has experience with the 50-period SMA acting as a dynamic support or resistance here. I see it currently sitting around 78.2, and price is hovering just above it. If we see a dip, that could be a good spot to watch for a bounce. It's not as immediate as the Bollinger Band edge, but it has more history.

Thinking more about that RSI level I mentioned earlier, around 50.1. It's so tricky when it sits right in the middle like that. It could go either way, really. I was hoping it would give a clearer signal for this XAGUSD move. Maybe I should also be looking at the divergence between price and the RSI on the H4 chart? Sometimes that catches me out when I just focus on the 14-period level. It's like, is it neutral, or is it hiding something?

@sulin4428 yeah the Bollinger Bands are tough to read sometimes, especially when price is just wiggling around the middle band like this. I saw a guy on a forum say that when the bands are this wide open, it means high volatility is coming, but it could go either way. I'm kinda hoping it breaks higher, but honestly, I'm not sure. My SL is sitting pretty close to current price, just in case.

Totally agree with your point about the Bollinger Bands, @sulin4428! They're tight, which usually means a big move is coming. I'm less worried about the RSI being at 50.1 because the big news from Iran about the Strait of Hormuz reopening is definitely bullish for precious metals. Oil prices dropping means less fear, so gold and silver should fly. I'm personally looking to go long on XAGUSD if it can hold above that 80.00 level on Monday open. The 50-SMA is also sitting right there, so it should act as a solid floor if we get any dip. This whole situation feels like a setup for a massive rally. 🚀💰
