Technical indicators, pattern scanning and technical summary sentences are the result of mathematical methods applied to past price data. Past price movements and past performance are not a guide to future results. A completed pattern or an indicator reaching a certain level does not mean the price will move in a particular direction.

Artificial intelligence is used for translation, for processing market data and for generating and explaining algorithmic signals. Technical ratings, pattern notifications and algorithmic signals are generated automatically and are not reviewed one by one by a person; they are not definite price forecasts. Published articles are reviewed by our team.

The algorithmic signals in the Service ("bullish setup", "bearish setup" and their entry zone, invalidation level, target zones and probability values) are generated automatically by rule-based methods and statistical and machine learning models applied to historical price data. Signals are not reviewed one by one by a person before they are published.

• Signals are general in nature: they are the same for everyone and do not take into account your financial situation, experience or risk and return preferences. They are not personal investment advice.
• A signal is not an instruction to buy, sell or hold, and it does not suggest a position size, leverage or portfolio. PriceONN never trades on your behalf or in your account.
• Probability values are estimates based on the model's accuracy as measured on historical data. They are no guarantee that the same rate will hold in the future; a signal shown with a high probability can still end in a loss.
• Levels are calculated from the price at the moment the signal is generated. Prices can move fast or gap; the price, spread and execution at the firm you trade with may differ.
• Signals can be late, wrong or not generated at all because of data delays, data errors or outages. Signal notifications can arrive late or not at all.

Past performance and backtests

The live results shown in the performance section are calculated automatically from each signal's levels, recorded unchangeably at the moment the signal was generated, and the price movement that followed. Signals that reached their target and signals that were invalidated are shown together. Commissions, spreads and slippage are included as assumptions; taxes and leverage costs are not. These results are not the results of a real investment account.

Backtest results are hypothetical results obtained by applying the method to historical data; no signal was published to anyone at those dates, and they are shown separately from live results. Hypothetical results have inherent limits: a method built with knowledge of the past may not fit the future in the same way. Past performance is not an indication of future results.

The fee for a paid plan is the price of access to the signals and tools. It does not promise any profit, accuracy rate or result.

• Forex, leveraged trading and derivatives carry high risk. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses; you can lose all the money you invest and, in some cases, more.
• Crypto assets are very volatile, have limited regulation in many countries and can lose all their value.
• Gold, commodity and currency prices can change quickly with political events, central bank decisions and global developments.

Price alerts and notifications depend on links outside PriceONN's control, such as device permissions, the Apple, Google and browser notification services, e-mail providers and your internet connection. They may arrive late or not at all. Do not use alerts as your only risk management tool.
