Anyone else seeing this RSI divergence on the H4 chart for ETHUSD? It's hovering just above 20, which is extremely oversold, yet the price action still feels hesitant. Are we expecting a bounce soon, or is this just the calm before another leg down?

Hey @laurenlewis43, I see your point about the RSI on H4, but honestly, the daily chart for ETHUSD is looking super bullish right now. We've bounced hard off that 2090 area and are pushing past the 200 SMA. The RSI is high, yeah, but that's often just a sign of strong momentum when you're in a bull run. I'm thinking this is less of a 'calm before the storm' and more of a 'launch sequence initiated.' I'm already in a leveraged long from 2150 and my stop is locked at breakeven. If we break 2180 convincingly, I'm not scared to add more. This could be the start of a big move past 2200.

Hey @laurenlewis43, I get what you're saying about the RSI on H4 looking oversold and the hesitation. It's definitely a tricky spot. But yeah, @sjones492 has a point, the D1 chart is showing some serious strength. We had that nice bounce off the 2090 area, and it looks like we're holding above the 20 MA now. I'm also seeing a bit of a breaker block forming around 2155, so that could act as support if we pull back. I'm not fully convinced it's going to just tank without a fight, but I'm keeping a tight stop loss just in case. It’s always better to be safe than sorry with these moves, especially when there’s so much uncertainty in the broader markets.
