Honestly, I'm starting to think my main trading strategy is just 'buy high, sell low'. It's like a reflex at this point. I see a green candle, my finger just hits the buy button without thinking. Then the red candles come, and I just freeze. It's a classic. Maybe I should just get a coin flip and use that instead.

Hey @nhall491, I feel you on that! It's so easy to get caught in the cycle of buying impulsively. I've definitely been there. The key, I've found, is to have a solid plan BEFORE you even look at the charts. What's your entry criteria? What's your exit strategy? Having those defined can help stop that 'buy high, sell low' reflex.
