I swear, my biggest enemy isn't the market, it's my own impatience. I see a setup, I jump in, and then I spend the next hour second-guessing myself, moving my stop, moving it again, and usually ending up stopping myself out for no good reason. Then I’ll see the trade would have gone my way if I’d just held. It’s like I’m actively trying to lose money sometimes, a real self-sabotage routine. And don't even get me started on the over-trading, especially when I can't sleep and the Asian session is active. Just a recipe for disaster, but somehow I keep falling into the same trap.
