Okay, further thoughts on this. If the ECB meeting that @charlottehall mentioned does end up being dovish, then a sustained breakout above 1.19 is definitely possible. But, and this is a big but, I'm also keeping an eye on the 200 SMA. It's been a pretty reliable indicator lately, and if we can't convincingly break above it, then I'm expecting a pretty sharp reversal. I'm setting my TP conservatively around 1.1890 for now, and my SL just below 1.1860, just in case. Better safe than sorry, especially on a Monday morning!

Update: Thinking if we break 1.1875 early in the week, we might see a run up to 1.19. Otherwise, I'm expecting it to stay range-bound for a bit longer. Patience is key, I think.

@northstar722 I'm also seeing mixed signals o. I think the market is waiting for something big to happen. Your point about the SMAs being close is valid, makes it hard to predict. A gap down is def a worry, gotta set my SL properly just in case. Thanks for the heads up!

I'm leaning slightly bearish myself, especially if we see a break below 1.1770 early in the week. A gap down is definitely a risk, but I'm more concerned about the overall risk-off sentiment in the market right now. Might wait for confirmation before jumping in either direction. What's your target if it goes bullish?
