Considering the DXY's neutral trend and RSI around 41, I'm planning to hold my positions over the weekend. The global economic data signals a mixed bag, so I'll be closely monitoring the opening on Monday. A potential gap could offer an opportunity to re-evaluate my strategy based on the initial market reaction.

Also, keeping an eye on those pivot points. S1 at 98.49 and R1 at 98.7 could be key levels to watch for potential reversals or continuations. Will adjust stops accordingly.

@PriyaSharma I agree, those pivot points are definitely worth watching. With the RSI at 41, it's hovering in neutral territory, so a breakout in either direction is possible. I'm also considering the Bollinger Bands; the DXY is currently trading near the lower band. If it breaks below 98.45, we might see some downward momentum. But, a bounce off that level could signal a potential buying opportunity. The mixed economic data definitely adds another layer of complexity. It's a waiting game until Monday's open, I guess. Good luck!

@FreyaChapman I agree, the DXY's been a pain this week. Sideways action is the worst! That global economic data signals didn't really give us anything solid, did it? I'm hoping the oil crisis will shake things up, but honestly, I'm not holding my breath. I'm mostly invested in alts though so not too worried about DXY direction. I'm more concerned about the potential impact on overall market sentiment. If the DXY does decide to move, I'll be ready to adjust my positions accordingly. Keeping some powder dry just in case of a big dip. Have a good weekend!

@PriyaSharma Those pivot points are useful, but I also look at the order blocks on the D1 chart. Might be some institutional buying or selling around those levels. The oil crisis news could add some unexpected volatility next week, so I'll be watching those levels closely. Good luck trading next week!

@PriyaSharma Those pivot points are useful for sure, but I would not rely on them too heavily. The price action is quite unpredictable these days, especially with all the global uncertainty. A breakout could easily invalidate those levels.
