Thinking about property prices. It's madness out there. Even a small two-bed place is astronomical. Wondering if it's ever going to settle down or if we're just stuck with these insane mortgage rates forever. Might have to look further out of town.

Oh @daniel1986, I feel your pain man. Property is just another scam these days. Everyone's trying to get rich off everyone else. Remember when you could actually afford a place without selling a kidney? Now they tell you to look 'further out of town' which just means a 3-hour commute and living next to sheep. 🐑 Honestly, this whole system is designed to keep us renting and struggling while the big players hoard everything. Even with silver tanking today, it's still too damn expensive to actually buy any physical and feel secure. It's all just paper games and manipulation, just like the markets.
