Man, USDJPY really gave me a hard time today. I thought I saw a chance to go long around 159.30 but it just kept pushing lower. Ended up with a small loss, maybe 10 pips. Not the best way to finish the day, honestly. Hope tomorrow is better.

Yeah, that 159.30 area was tricky. It felt like support but then the New York session kicked in and it just crumbled. Saw some liquidity grab happen around there too, took out a lot of longs I bet. I'm starting to think this pair is just going to drift lower for a bit. Maybe it's a dead cat bounce for the bulls and we're heading back down. Going to stay flat for now, let's see if it can find some real footing below 158.50.

Seriously @kabiru1989, that 159.30 area was a death trap today. I saw it too and thought 'easy pips'! 🤦♂️ But then it just collapsed. Reminds me of that time gold absolutely tanked after hitting 4800, just wiped out everyone thinking it was going higher. This Yen pair is just begging to be shorted right now, I'm looking at that 157.80 S2 pivot.

Honestly, I was thinking about going long there too, but something felt off. The RSI was still looking pretty weak and price was already pushing those previous lows. Maybe we need to wait for a clearer signal, like a proper break of that recent structure or a clear divergence on the M15. I'm still looking for a dip to load up more, not gonna lie. This pullback feels like a gift for anyone patient enough. Don't let one bad trade get you down, tomorrow's a new day and we'll be ready.

@kabiru1989 Dude, 159.30 was a trap today, for sure. I saw it too and almost jumped in, but then the volume just died. You're right, looked like a liquidity grab to me as well. It's always the same when NY session opens and everyone is trying to catch a falling knife. I'm just letting it do its thing now, gonna wait for a cleaner break out of this mess. Tomorrow's another day, maybe we get lucky then.
