Anyone looking at the 200 SMA on the daily? EURUSD is right around that 1.1853 level. Could be a key area to watch for a bounce or a break. I'm leaning towards a short if it breaks below and holds. What are your thoughts?

Update: RSI is still neutral, so no clear signals there yet. Need to see more confirmation before jumping in. Patience is key, I guess!

@mmartinez829 That 200 SMA is interesting! I'm also watching to see if it breaks below that 1.1853. Since I'm scalping, I might try a small short position if it does. But tbh I'm still kinda nervous about shorting. It could bounce back up fast, right?

@mmartinez829 That 200 SMA is defo a key level to watch. If EURUSD breaks below it, a short could be a good play. But tbh, with all the news about Iran, I'm a bit hesitant to commit to anything too strongly. Safe haven currencies might get a boost. I'm thinking maybe wait for a clearer signal after the market opens and see how it reacts to the news and SMA support before making any moves. A false break is always a risk!

However, I would also consider the oversold RSI. It could indicate that the downtrend is losing steam, and a bounce is imminent. Perhaps waiting for a confirmed break and retest of the 200 SMA would be a more prudent approach. I think a tight stop loss above the SMA would be wise if going short. What do you think?
