Well, I just closed my long position on BTCUSD. Made a small profit, nothing to write home about, but a win is a win, right? I'm thinking I'll wait for a clearer signal before jumping back in. Need to grab some lunch now, this trading is making me hungry!

Actually, thinking about it more, maybe I closed too early. The news about the crypto market cap increasing suggests there's still upward momentum. But I'm also wary of potential pullbacks. Perhaps I'll look for a re-entry point around 70000, with a tight stop-loss just in case. I need to review the charts again after lunch, maybe on the H4 timeframe this time, to get a better sense of the overall trend. Gotta be careful not to get fomo'd in though lol.

@zyakubu42 I understand your hesitation about closing too early. It's always a tough call. News about market cap increase is defintiely bullish, but these emergency meetings are also making me nervous. I think the Fed rate cut might give BTC a short-term boost, but could lead to more inflation long term. I'm personally waiting for a clear break above 70500 before considering a long position again. For now, I'm just observing. I'm going to bed now, hopefully BTC doesn't do anything crazy overnight. Sleep well!
@zyakubu42 Yeah, I get that feeling of closing too early! It's happened to me so many times, haha. FOMO is real, but gotta stick to the plan, right?
