Wondering if we'll see a gap open on Monday with XAUUSD. The dollar strength could push it down further. If it gaps down below 5000, might be a good opportunity to buy the dip, but I'll be watching closely for smart money moves before jumping in. Gotta be careful

@skyrunner122 I agree, the dollar strength is a major factor right now. I'm also a bit wary of a gap down, but I'm looking to short any rallies towards the 5000-5010 zone if that happens, rather than buying the dip straight away. Feels like more downside is on the cards.

@skyrunner122 I understand your caution about a potential gap down, especially with the dollar strength mentioned in. That news is definitely weighing on gold right now. I'm also not keen on shorting into a rally if it happens, but I'm more inclined to look for potential bounce opportunities if it breaks below that S2 pivot around 4822. RSI is showing oversold at 20.1, so a short-term reversal could be on the cards.
