Hey @ahall265, you're right about the interconnectedness. It's not just USDJPY and EURUSD, you see it across the board. That Fed statement yesterday really threw a wrench in things, and now with the oil surge and geopolitical drama, the dollar's looking a bit shaky despite what the technicals might say. Hey @ahall265, I've been seeing those articles too, talking about the dollar weakening despite the chaos. It's all a bit confusing when the charts don't line up with the narrative. I'm starting to think these 'safe haven' ideas are more theoretical than practical these days. They talk about geopolitical risks but then the dollar barely reacts, which is weird. And then there's this idea that the Fed is losing control or something. It's hard to make sense of it all when you're trying to trade it.
