USDJPY Mar 21
Weekend time to review the USDJPY carnage from last week. Friday's close was a bit chaotic, but we held that 159 zone. Still feels like we're consolidating before the next leg up. I'm expecting a gap up on Monday if this geopolitical noise keeps heating up, especially with that dollar rebound talk. Gotta be ready.

Hey @williamlewis46, I saw your comment about the 159 zone. Honestly, I'm not as confident about a leg up. That inflation dip in Japan feels like it should be putting more pressure on USDJPY, but the chart just isn't showing it clearly yet. The dollar is strong though, I get that. I'm watching the US oil news closely, it feels like that's what's really driving this sideways chop. If oil prices really spike because of the geopolitical stuff, I could see USDJPY testing those higher levels, but right now it just feels... stuck. The 200 SMA is also pretty close to current price, which usually means something is about to happen but I don't know what.
