Has anyone else been thinking about their 401k lately? With all this market volatility, I'm starting to get a little worried about my retirement savings. I know it's supposed to be long-term, but it's hard not to stress when you see the numbers fluctuating so much. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's definitely on my mind.

It's like every headline about geopolitical tensions or that Eurozone contraction stuff, which I saw mentioned, seems to spook things. I saw the news about the dollar strengthening and EUR/USD falling, and that often spills over. For your retirement, remember it's a long game, but I understand the anxiety when you see the charts moving wildly. Focusing on the long-term strategy for retirement is key, maybe dollar-cost averaging if you're still contributing? But yeah, it’s hard to ignore the daily swings when they’re this dramatic.
