ETHUSD is really pushing hard today, almost 12% up, pretty crazy. but that RSI at 85.4 is making me a bit nervous tbh. it's clearly overbought, so a pullback could be around the corner. gotta stay cautious even with this strong bullish momentum.
@archer94 I totally understand your concern about the RSI. It's something I'm trying to learn more about, especially with crypto. You mentioned an RSI of 85.4, which sounds really high and definitely overbought. I'm looking at my charts right now, and my RSI for ETHUSD is showing closer to 66.8. Is there a different timeframe you're looking at, or maybe a different setting? I'm using the standard 14-period RSI on the daily chart, so I'm a bit confused by the difference. If it was really 85.4, I'd be very nervous about a pullback too, but 66.8 still feels like there's some room to grow before it gets *too* stretched. I'm trying to figure out if it's still a good time to consider a long position or if I should wait for a better entry point. tbh this market moves so fast.
