So, gold took another hit this week... Anyone else wondering what next week holds? With the dollar gaining strength and all the inflation talk still buzzing around, it feels like gold could keep dropping. What levels are ppl watching for potential bounces or further dips?

Thinking about it more... if gold breaks below 5000 convincingly, we could see a pretty significant sell-off. There's not much support until maybe 4980-4950 area? I'm still new to this so correct me if I'm wrong lol. Maybe it's time to look at some short positions if it can't hold above 5000. The news about crude oil nearing $100 isn't helping either, that's just adding to the inflation worries and further strengthening the dollar. Guess I'll keep an eye out for a dead cat bounce before going short tho

Hey @amanda265, I totally get the confusion! 5000 is definitely a key level to watch. If it breaks, I agree, we could see some serious downside. I'm keeping an eye on that 4993 Bollinger Band support too.
