Good morning, everyone. I am trying to interpret the RSI for XAGUSD. Currently, it's showing around 64.6, which I understand is considered bullish. However, I'm a bit unsure how much weight to give this signal given the overall neutral trend. Any thoughts on how reliable the RSI is in the current market conditions?

Update: After reviewing historical data, I've noticed that the RSI's effectiveness for XAGUSD seems to vary depending on the timeframe. On the daily chart, it appears to be a reasonably reliable indicator, particularly when confirming breakouts or reversals. However, on shorter timeframes like the H4, it seems prone to false signals, especially during periods of high volatility. I'm still learning about the best way to use the RSI in conjunction with other indicators, such as the SMAs. Any advice on how to improve my analysis would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @gracecoffee, RSI can be a tricky beast! 😂 I wouldn't rely on it as the *only* indicator, especially with silver's wild swings. Look at it in combination with price action and maybe some volume analysis. Don't let it fool ya!
