I'm curious what other traders think about the recent BTCUSD pullback. The RSI(14) is currently at 39.9, suggesting bearish momentum, but is it oversold enough for a potential bounce? Also, the price is below all the key SMAs (20, 50, 200). Are we heading for a deeper correction, or is this a temporary dip before another leg up?

Update: I've been looking at the pivot points, and S1 is at 65371.67, which is acting as immediate support. A break below that could signal further downside towards S2 at 65213.33. However, if it holds, we might see a retest of the pivot point itself around 65561.33. I'm also watching the Bollinger Bands closely. The lower band is around 64601.41. A drop to that level could be a good buying opportunity, but I'll wait for confirmation before entering any new positions. Need to see some bullish divergence on a lower timeframe!

@lindawilliams92, I agree that the pullback is interesting! I see your point about the RSI being below 40, and it's true that it suggests bearish momentum. However, I think the overall trend still indicates a bullish bias. While the price is below the SMAs, it's consolidating, not collapsing. I'm not entirely convinced we're heading for a deep correction. It might be a temporary dip before another leg up. I'd be cautious about calling for a deeper correction just yet. Maybe wait for more confirmation before making any big moves?
