XAUUSD Feb 15
Thinking about my options strategy for XAUUSD next week. With the price hovering around 5040, I'm considering a covered call. Sell some calls a bit above current price to collect premium, but still participate if gold keeps climbing. Always a balancing act, isn't it? Hope I can get some consistent income this time. Wish me luck!

@ragini_r86 That's an interesting approach. I'm a bit skeptical about covered calls in the current bearish environment for XAUUSD. Potential for being assigned at a loss seems high.

Hey @ragini_r86, that covered call strategy sounds interesting! 🤔 I've played around with options on XAUUSD before, and it can be a great way to generate income while still having some upside potential. Just be careful about the strike price you choose – you don't want to get caught out if gold really takes off. Maybe consider a slightly higher strike than you initially planned, just to give yourself some breathing room. Good luck next week! 👍
