@hannahward21 I recall those choppy Brexit periods well; it was indeed challenging to find clear trends and many traders got whipsawed. This current action on GBPUSD does share some similarities with that uncertainty, especially with the sideways movement and the RSI hovering in the 40s. The close on Friday below the 20 SMA at 1.3375, while still above the weekly pivot, suggests caution is warranted for next week. We need to see if buyers can reclaim that 1.3370-1.3380 area early on Monday. A sustained break above the R1 pivot at 1.33435, which coincidentally was Friday's close, would be a positive sign, but I'm watching the 1.3300 S2 pivot level closely as well in case sentiment sours further. It’s crucial to avoid getting caught in false breakouts.
