lol watching this USDJPY crawl... feels like watching paint dry. My biggest bad habit is probably chasing price when it's already moved too far, especially on these quiet Sydney sessions. Then I end up stuck with a bad entry and have to wait ages for it to come back. Anyone else do that?

Actually, the chasing is the worst part because I know better! I see a move happening and my brain just screams 'don't miss out'. Then I jump in without proper confirmation, and boom, price reverses and I'm staring at red. It's a psychological battle, for sure. I'm trying to be more disciplined, waiting for the pullback or breakout confirmation, but these slow markets make it so tempting to just get in. Gotta stick to the plan though, or I'll just keep bleeding small amounts. Lesson learned... again. 😅
@cnnamani658 Totally get that. Chasing price is a killer, especially when you see it move and just FOMO in. I've done it way too many times and ended up with a bad entry and regret. Patience is definitely key, and waiting for confirmation.

@cnnamani658 LOL chasing is the worst, I know that struggle. Especially on USDJPY when it's moving slow, you see a little pop and just jump in. Then it dies and you're bag holding. I've learned to just wait for a clear setup now, even if it means missing a few tiny moves. Better than getting rekt.
