Hi @graywolf, I understand your thinking about a bounce off the 50 SMA, but I'm a bit more cautious. While the overall trend might seem slightly bullish on larger timeframes, the current momentum is clearly downward. That 50 SMA around 2000 might not hold as strong support. A tight stop loss is definitely wise if you decide to go long, but consider waiting for a clearer confirmation signal, perhaps a bullish candlestick pattern on the H4 chart, before entering. Otherwise, you might be catching a falling knife. Just my two cents!
