Okay, so with all this mess in the Middle East, I'm really watching next week's economic calendar closely. We've got the UK employment data coming out, and that could be a big mover for GBPUSD if it misses expectations. Also need to keep an eye on any further developments regarding Iran... could send the dollar soaring again. It's all interconnected, isn't it?

And don't forget the US inflation numbers later in the week. If inflation comes in hotter than expected, the Fed might have to stay hawkish, which would definitely give the dollar another boost. Think I'll keep my positions small until after those numbers are released. Need to be ready for anything.

@andrew3621 Yeah, the UK employment data is HUGE. Especially with the BOE hinting at rate hikes. A bad number could send GBPUSD plummeting, but a good one... might finally break that downtrend!

@andrew3621 Spot on about the US inflation data. If that comes in hot, it’s going to be tough for GBPUSD to find any upward momentum, especially with the geopolitical stuff going on.

Andrew, you're too focused on next week! We gotta trade what's happening NOW. This Iran news is making things spicy, yeah, but look at the charts! GBPUSD is clearly bullish right now. You can't let all that potential downside scare you from a massive upside move. Full margin long!
