This news about the US dollar weakening despite oil prices going up is really confusing me. I thought gold usually goes up when the dollar falls? But it's just sort of bobbing around here near the 4650 level. My small long position feels a bit shaky with all this uncertainty.

Yeah, it's like the geopolitical stuff is making gold jumpy, but then the dollar strength is pulling it back. I'm really just hoping this 4630 support zone holds for a bit. If that breaks, I'm definitely out of my trade.

@IronBear84 I see what you mean. The geopolitical stuff is making it jumpy for sure. I'm also watching that 4750 area, seems like a tough spot to break through.
