Watching this BTCUSD chart during the quiet Sydney session. It's been hovering around the 70700 mark, not much volatility. The SMAs are quite close together, suggesting a potential consolidation phase. I'm looking for a clear break above the R1 pivot at 70861 for a bullish continuation, otherwise, it might just chop sideways.

Hi @ayeshaali, yeah, the Sydney session was super quiet. I'm watching that R1 pivot too, 70861 seems like a key level. It's that quiet before the storm feeling, isn't it? I just hope the storm is an upward one, lol. That institutional money pouring in should help push it higher eventually, right?

That might be what's keeping things relatively stable, but I'm still a bit nervous. The SMAs being so close is definitely pointing to a potential breakout soon. I'm hoping for that bullish continuation you mentioned, maybe even above that R1 pivot. If it breaks resistance, I might consider a small long position, but I'll be watching for any signs of weakness. It's just so hard to tell with BTC these days, it can go either way so fast.

Hey @ayeshaali, totally agree about the quiet Sydney session. It's always like that. The fact that institutions are still pouring billions into crypto despite the volatility, as I saw in some news, is a huge confidence booster for me. I'm watching that R1 pivot too, 70861. If we can push above it with some decent volume, I think we'll see a nice move up.
