XAUUSD Mar 26
Just entered a short position on XAUUSD at 4455. The 50-day SMA is acting as resistance here, and the H4 chart is showing some bearish divergence on the RSI. My target is around the S1 pivot at 4428, with a stop-loss just above the 20-day SMA at 4485. This feels like a good risk/reward setup given the current price action.

Actually, I should adjust my stop slightly. While 4485 was my initial thought, looking at the Bollinger Bands, the upper band is sitting around 4480. It might be tighter to place the stop just above that, say at 4482, to avoid getting stopped out by minor noise. This tightens the risk profile a bit, which is always good. Still confident in the short setup if we break below the pivot point.
