This recent drop in XAGUSD is kinda scary, down almost 4% today. It feels like a big liquidity grab might be happening, especially with the RSI hitting 31. I'm worried about a potential bear trap though, where it looks like it's going to keep falling but then suddenly reverses hard. Remember that news about the Fed decision? If they sound dovish, that could easily flip sentiment and send silver flying back up, catching anyone shorting right now as a bag holder. I'm watching that 76.11 level on the Bollinger Bands, if that breaks and holds, it might be a sign of more downside, but I'm not convinced yet. Feels like a good time to be cautious.

Hey @noahmitchell54, I feel you on the liquidity grab fear. It definitely has that feel to it when price drops this hard and fast, especially with the RSI dipping below 35. I'm also a bit wary of that bear trap scenario you mentioned. Sometimes these sharp moves can shake out weak hands before a big reversal. I'm watching the 67.76 support from the Bollinger bands closely, see if it holds.
Yeah @noahmitchell54, that 4% drop was wild! Definitely looked like a liquidity grab. I'm not too worried though, this sideways chop is boring. The RSI at 31 is kinda low but it's been higher and still dropped. I'm more interested in seeing if we can hold above that 69.37 50 SMA for the night.

Hey @noahmitchell54, I saw that big move down too and it definitely made me nervous. The way the price just fell off a cliff made me think about that liquidity grab idea. I was actually considering a short entry around 70.00, but then the news about gold stabilising above 4400 came out and I held back. It's so hard to know if these drops are a real reversal or just a temporary shakeout. I'm trying to stay patient and not chase the market, especially after seeing spreads widen like crazy earlier on. Does anyone else feel like the volatility is making it impossible to get good entries right now?
