This sideways chop with all the Iran ceasefire noise feels like a trap being set. They're making it look like it's going nowhere, but I bet one of these news cycles is gonna send it flying. Gotta be ready to jump on the real move when it happens, don't get caught in the fakeouts.

Seriously though, with this ceasefire talk fading and oil jumping, it feels like the market is pricing in more risk again. If the dollar pulls back even a little, XAU could easily blast through those resistance levels I was looking at. It's got to give eventually, right?

Hey @NehaJoshi69, I get what you mean about the trap. This sideways movement is making it hard to pick a side. The news about the Middle East is definitely keeping things tense, but the ceasefire talk has been quieting down which is odd. If that geopolitical risk ticks back up, gold could jump easily. Still feels like a waiting game though. 🧐
