What's everyone expecting from the DXY next week? With all this uncertainty in the Middle East and the mixed economic data, it's hard to get a read on things. Are we thinking dollar strength continues or do we see a reversal coming? Any thoughts on potential gap openings on Monday?

@kavitayadav50 I think dollar strength might continue for a bit longer, but with caution. The RSI is still below 50, but the DXY is holding above the 50-day SMA at 98.86. If it breaks that level decisively, we could see a move towards the 99.00 level. However, the uncertainty you mentioned regarding the Middle East is definitely a factor. I'm watching the news closely for any developments that could impact risk sentiment. A gap opening on Monday is certainly possible, especially with the current volatility. I'll be keeping an eye on the overnight futures to get a sense of where things might be headed.

@kavitayadav50 Hi Kavita, I'm also finding it hard to get a clear read on the DXY. That mixed economic data is throwing me off. I'm still learning about gaps, but your point about potential gap openings on Monday makes sense. Will be interesting to see if it happens!

@kavitayadav50 Kavita, I agree that the mixed economic data is making it difficult. The dollar's safe-haven appeal is definitely being tested with the pullback in oil prices. Keep an eye on those geopolitical headlines, they could quickly shift sentiment and send the DXY in either direction. I think waiting for a clear breakout or breakdown is the safest approach right now.
