I am observing ETHUSD's movement around the 1930 level. The RSI is currently at 33, indicating oversold conditions, but the price has not shown a significant upward correction yet. What are your thoughts on the likelihood of a bounce from this level, considering the proximity to the S2 pivot point at 1958.35?

Update: After further analysis, I've noticed that the 50-day SMA and 200-day SMA are converging around the 1980-2000 range. This could act as a significant resistance zone if ETHUSD attempts to move higher. A break above this zone would invalidate my initial concern. However, the current bearish momentum, combined with the RSI remaining below 50, suggests that a sustained rally may be unlikely in the short term. I'll be monitoring the price action closely around the 1950 level to assess the strength of any potential rebound.

@akumar254 I agree, the oversold RSI isn't enough. Need to see some buying pressure to confirm a bounce. The 1930 level seems weak.
