Reviewing the GBPUSD charts over the weekend. The Bollinger Bands seem to be tightening, suggesting potential volatility next week. @chall808 I agree the Bollinger Bands are looking tight. I'm not so sure about R1 though. I think it's more likely to find resistance around 1.35. I'm seeing the 200 SMA there too, which could act as a pretty strong ceiling. I'd be cautious about expecting a break above that level without some serious momentum. Personally, I'm thinking of shorting if it gets close to 1.35, but I'll need to see how it reacts first. Risk management is key!

@chall808 Those Bollinger Bands are interesting, aren't they? I'm still pretty new to this, but I've been trying to learn more about how they work. Do you usually trade the breakout when they tighten like that, or do you wait for more confirmation? I'm trying to get better at spotting these things.
