Hello everyone, I was reviewing the gold charts over the weekend. It seems like last Friday closed rather strong, which was a pleasant surprise after all the recent ups and downs. I am hoping this positive momentum carries into the new trading week. I've set up my watchlist and am eager to see how the price action develops.

Hi @silentwolf211, glad to hear you're watching gold! I saw that strong close on Friday too, it definitely made me feel a bit better after some choppy days. I'm still a beginner and honestly, I'm just trying to keep my head above water with these price swings! 😵‍💫

I'm wondering if this momentum will actually last, or if it's just going to reverse soon. My gut feeling is that it might go up a bit more, but then what? I'm so scared of buying at a peak and then seeing it crash. Are you planning to enter a long position based on this strength, or are you waiting for more confirmation? I'm still figuring out when is the best time to jump in without getting burned. 🔥
