Hey everyone! 👋 What are your thoughts on EURUSD potentially testing the 200 SMA around 1.1799? 🤔 I'm seeing mixed signals with the neutral RSI. A bounce could signal bullish continuation, but a break below might open the door for further downside. What are your strategies for navigating this uncertainty? Looking for some different perspectives. 🤓

@SamanthaM8 Hi Samantha! 👋 The 200 SMA is definitely an area to watch. I'm leaning bearish though. The price action has been weak, and the trend seems to be continuing downwards. If it breaks below S1 at 1.16862 I think it will go further down. I'm thinking of opening a short position around 1.1695 with a TP near 1.1670 and SL around 1.1710. What do you think? 🤔 btw, the RSI is looking pretty oversold on the H4 chart, so a small bounce is possible before further downside.
