These spreads on gold are killing me today. Every time I try to get in a trade, the bid-ask is just insane. Then when I do get filled, the price moves just a tiny bit against me and bam, I'm already in drawdown. Feels like the broker is just eating all my potential profits before I even get a chance. Anyone else seeing this on XAUUSD right now?

Yeah @daniel7642, I've noticed the wider spreads too, especially when things get choppy. It's frustrating when you're trying to scalp or even take a short-term position and the broker's cut eats into your potential gains immediately. Maybe try a different broker if it's consistently bad? Or perhaps wait for calmer market conditions before trying to trade gold.
