Gold's caught in a tug-of-war right now. Inflation worries are providing upward pressure, but rising bond yields are acting as a counterweight. Need to see a clear catalyst to break out of this range. I'm watching the dollar index closely for clues.

@SPerez68 Good point about the dollar index. I'll keep an eye on that too. It really does seem like gold is waiting for a clear direction. Patience is key, I guess!

@SPerez68 I agree that the dollar index will be key. However, with the current risk-off sentiment following the military action, gold's safe-haven appeal may outweigh dollar strength in the short term. I'm watching for a potential inverse correlation to weaken.
