I'm looking at the 4-hour chart and trying to figure out if this is a legit breakout or a fakeout. The price has crossed above the 200 SMA, which is usually a bullish signal, but the RSI is still below 50. Is it possible that the recent news is causing a temporary spike, and it'll correct soon? I'm thinking about entering a long position, but I'm worried about a potential retracement. Where would you guys place your stop loss in this scenario? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
