Seriously, DXY just sitting there like a lump. They say it's neutral, I say it's sleeping. Probably waiting for all our stop losses to get triggered before it decides to move. I swear, every time I think I've got a handle on it, it pulls some kind of manipulation stunt. 🙄 This whole market is rigged, I tell ya.

Honestly, looking at this chart is making me sleepy. This sideways action is just a perfect trap. The big boys are probably just letting it consolidate so they can engineer a move later. It's like they're daring us to place a bet. I'm not buying into this 'neutral' nonsense. It's either going to rocket or crash, and they'll make sure we're on the wrong side. Can't wait for Monday to see which way they decide to manipulate it. 📉📈

And what's with all this talk about RSI being 'toppy' or whatever @LCampbell68 said? It's all fake indicators designed to fool us. They push it up, RSI goes high, they make you think it's gonna dump, then BOOM, they spike it again to catch more shorts. It's the same old song and dance. I'm just waiting for the next big shakeout so I can lose some money on it again. Maybe they'll make it go to 100 just to mess with people's heads. 🤡

Hey @cyclist864, I get the frustration for sure. This sideways chop can be brutal and feels like it's designed to shake people out. However, calling it 'rigged' might be a bit much. Sometimes, neutrality on the DXY isn't about manipulation, but about conflicting data. We've got the geopolitical situation pushing it towards safety, which should boost it, but then you have the economic outlook and questioning its safe-haven status, which can weigh it down. The RSI at 43 isn't really 'toppy' either, it's firmly in neutral territory, so that's not screaming a reversal is imminent. We need to see a strong candle with displacement breaking a key level, maybe the 50 SMA around 99.25, before we can talk about manipulation versus just market indecision. Patience is key here, especially during lunch hour.
