I'm honestly not sure what to make of that Friday close for EURUSD. It felt like it was trying to go higher but just couldn't break through 1.18. Is anyone else worried about a gap open on Monday? That whole situation with oil prices and the Strait of Hormuz being so volatile makes me nervous about the currency markets too. I hope it doesn't drop too much.

Hey @CosmicRay38, I totally feel you on that Friday close. It was like, *almost* there, you know? 1.18 felt so close but just out of reach. That news about the Strait of Hormuz is wild though, definitely adds to the jitters. I'm just hoping we don't get a crazy gap open that wipes out any progress. Fingers crossed it stays calm, or at least predictable!

Totally agree @CosmicRay38, that Friday close was weird. It looked like it wanted to push past 1.18 but just ran out of steam. And yeah, the oil situation is making me super nervous about any gap opens. If things get really crazy with that Strait of Hormuz news, I might just stay out of EURUSD altogether until it calms down. Too much uncertainty right now.
