XAUUSD closed the week on a strong bullish note, but the overbought RSI is a concern. A slight pullback early next week wouldn't be surprising, potentially providing a good entry point for longs. The news regarding Iran will likely fuel further upside, so I'll be watching for confirmation before entering any positions. A gap up on Monday is highly probable given the geo-political climate.

Update: Given the potential for a significant gap opening on Monday due to the Iranian situation, I'll be reducing my position size slightly to manage risk. Better safe than sorry in these uncertain times.

@jcooper839 I agree that the RSI was looking overbought last week. I was expecting a pullback too, but this drop is kinda scary. The Iran news is def affecting things, but I'm not sure if it's a good time to buy the dip yet. 5000 feels like a key level to watch. If it breaks below that, might be headed much lower. What confirmation are you looking for before going long? Maybe I should wait for that too. This is stressful haha.
