Planning my XAGUSD strategy for Monday. Given the overbought RSI and the price bumping against R2, I'll be closely monitoring the open for any signs of a bearish reversal. A gap down could present a shorting opportunity with a tight stop loss just above the R2 level. Conversely, a sustained break above R2 would invalidate the short idea, and I'd look for a long entry on a retest of that level as support. Risk management is key here; I'll reduce position size given the weekend uncertainty. I am also keeping an eye on the dollar index; a weaker dollar could fuel further gains in silver.
