XAGUSD Feb 26
I'm observing a bearish trend in XAGUSD. The price has broken below the 20-day and 50-day SMAs, currently sitting at 86.76. The RSI(14) is at 39.2, reinforcing the downward momentum. I'm analyzing potential entry points for a short position, but I'm also considering the Bollinger Bands as possible support levels.

Update: I've further analyzed the XAGUSD chart on the D1 timeframe. The 200-day SMA is at 81.84, which could act as significant support if the bearish trend continues. I'm also looking at the pivot points; S1 is at 85.88 and S2 is at 84.33. I'm considering opening a small short position if the price breaks below the lower Bollinger Band at 86.06, with a tight stop-loss above the 20-day SMA. Risk management is key, especially with the current volatility in the precious metals market. I am targeting S1 for TP.
