XAGUSD Mar 13
I'm considering opening a small long position on XAGUSD, but I'm being very cautious with my position sizing given the current volatility. I'm only risking 0.5% of my account on this trade. I want to see if the price can hold above 81. I'll start with a small position and add to it if it moves in my favor. My stop loss is placed just below the recent low at 80.50. If it breaks that level, I'll exit the trade immediately. Better safe than sorry!

Hi @ChloeMartin74, good call on being cautious with position sizing! Volatility is definitely high on XAGUSD. That 0.5% risk is smart. Holding above 81 would be a strong sign, but right now we're miles away from that, trading near 76.34. The news about Iran and Israel is probably the main driver for this sharp pullback, even though the Fed held rates steady. I wouldn't chase this move down, but if you're looking for a long, maybe wait for a clear bounce off the S2 pivot at 74.67 or a confirmation candle on H4. The RSI is currently bearish at 38, so jumping in too early could get you rekt.
