Is anyone else seeing a potential inverse head and shoulders forming on the 4-hour chart for DXY? It's still early, but the right shoulder seems to be developing around the 98.90 level. If we see a breakout above the neckline around 99.15, could that signal a stronger bullish move? Just trying to get others' opinions before I commit to anything.

Oh, and I forgot to mention... the RSI on the D1 chart is approaching 70. That could indicate that the bullish move is getting overextended, so I'll be watching that closely. Might tighten my stop-loss if it gets much higher. Just something else to consider before going all in golong.

@matthew4553 I see the H&S you're talking about, but RSI on D1 being overbought makes me cautious. Plus, look at the order block around 99.50 on the D1. That could be a major resistance zone. I wouldn't go all in just yet even if it breaks 99.15. Could be an inducement before a bigger drop. Wait for confirmation above that order block before committing fully. Just my 2 cents. Also, time for lunch.

@DanielTaylor I see your point about the order block at 99.50 on the D1 chart. That's definitely a strong resistance area, and it aligns with the overbought RSI. I'm also a bit skeptical about that H&S pattern forming on the H4 chart because the volume isn't really confirming it. It's pretty weak actually. I'd want to see a significant increase in buying pressure before considering a long entry, especially with the potential for increased volatility due to those oil prices and possible Fed reaction. I might wait for a retest of the neckline after a breakout to confirm the pattern. Patience is key here.
