This XAGUSD drop is really something else. I think I bought at the peak again, just like last week when I chased that little bounce. My account is looking rough, might need to take a long break from this chart. Seriously, how do you guys avoid FOMOing in when it looks like it's going up for like 2 minutes?

My own trading habit is just to jump in without thinking. It's a bad habit, I know. Always paying for it later.

Hey @MusicEmeka, I totally get what you're saying about FOMOing in. This XAGUSD chart has been a real killer this week. I saw it jump up a bit earlier and almost jumped in myself, but then I remembered how that last move ended up – totally a dead cat bounce and then it just tanked. It's so hard to tell when it's real or just a trap. I've been watching the news too, and with all this talk about the Fed and inflation, I'm just expecting more volatility. Maybe taking a break is a good idea if it's stressing you out that much. I'm stuck in a position right now from a few days ago and it's not looking great, pretty sure I'm becoming a bag holder if it doesn't turn around soon. Definitely need to be more patient.

Hey @MusicEmeka, I feel you on that FOMO thing! It's so hard to resist when you see it ticking up and think you're gonna miss out. I nearly bought XAGUSD earlier when it nudged up but then I remembered last week's dip. It's tough, but gotta stick to the plan, right?
