Actually, thinking more about that gap risk... It's not just the Iran news that's got me worried, but also that confusing report about gold stabilizing despite the turmoil. It feels like the market is all over the place. If it does gap down, will that 200-day SMA around 4528 actually hold like @timothy2002 was hoping it might? Or will it just blow past it like Friday's close? Trying to get my head around how these big geopolitical events are actually affecting gold prices because it doesn't seem straightforward at all. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see what happens on Monday, which is the hardest part.

I saw the news about gold jumping past 4700, but then another report said it was struggling below 2300? It’s so confusing. I hope it doesn't gap down too much, I'm still holding a small position.
